Shipping policy

Cut-off time is 9:00 PM for next-day delivery.
We do not offer same-day delivery Outside Al Ain City.

Accepting same-day delivery in Al Ain City depends on the availability of products (from 10 AM - 7:00 PM)

FEES:
Deliveries cost AED40 for regular deliveries.
Customized orders and express deliveries have seperate rates.

TIMING:
Delivery timing cannot be predicted (anytime between 2 PM -9 PM).
Some
delays may occur if the drivers face issues out of their control such 
as traffic, car accidents, etc.
We do recommend placing an order to be delivered a day before your event to avoid delays. (The desserts will stay fresh.)
Failure to respond to the delivery company may result in order cancellation
